All patient rooms at the Matsya Hospital are designed for your comfort. While we cannot guarantee the availability of a particular room on the day of your admission, we will work to honor your request and ensure that you are accommodated in the area most appropriate for your health care needs.
There are some people who want rooms with facilities of A.C, television and refrigerator so this is the one for them. These rooms are shared by two people. The patients get four time food for free.
We aim at identifying patients need and delivering it to them. Our non compromise attitude helps to meet patients need and expectation. We keep on updating our skills and equipment to offer best services
Apart from all the above mentioned facilities, the hospital also provides many other additional amenities keeping in mind the comfort of patients and their relatives. These are Canteen, 24*7 functioning bed type elevators, clean washrooms on each floor (separate for male, female and the disabled), ample cosy waiting areas on each floor for the patient’s relatives and adequate storage space to keep their valuables, mobile phone charging facilities for OPD & ICU patients, lush green lawns and plants to stay close to nature, ample parking space both in basement and ground floor (separate for 2 and 4 wheelers).
Just walk into the reception and our front office staff will guide you for the admission processes. A Unique Identification Number (UID) for the patient will be generated, which will be maintained and stored by the hospital for future references. The front office staff will also draw out an estimate and assist you in your decision of selecting the suitable room.
Further, you are required to make an advance payment, which will be adjusted at the time of discharge clearance. For payment, you may opt for the cashless route but will have to visit the insurance desk / TPA desk for the hospitalization of the patient. Meanwhile, our staff will escort the patient to the allotted room/bed and you can leave your worries to feel comfortable.
All patients are adviced to clear thier due payments before discharge. Patient are allowed to discharge only with the written permission from the concern consultant or doctor.
